Desideri dare visibilità alle opere che realizzi sul sito web dell’associazione LAGO APS ?

L’associazione LAGO APS intende collaborare con gli artisti, anche solo hobbisti, con la condivisione sul sito web dell'Associazione delle immagini delle loro opere.

Se sei un pittore, uno scultore, un fotografo, ecc. e condividi le finalità del Terzo Settore, puoi pubblicare alcune immagini delle tue opere sul sito web dell’Associazione.

Tale condivisione potrà essere eventualmente propedeutica a future collaborazioni quali, ad esempio, la condivisione di spazi fisici per mostre o altre attività.

Per chiedere di aderire l’artista può inviare alla mail segreteria@lago-orchidee.it i seguenti materiali:

• breve curriculum personale e descrizione della propria attività;

• le immagini di alcune opere di propria produzione con il titolo ed un’eventuale breve descrizione per ciascuna. Indicativamente in numero compreso tra 3 e 10 immagini. Le immagini possono riportare sovraimpressa l’indicazione dell’artista;

• la sottoriportata scheda di richiesta firmata digitalmente o con firma autografa accompagnata da una copia di un documento di identità in corso di validità.

Le immagini verranno pubblicate solo sul sito web della LAGO APS, salvo diverso specifico accordo con l’artista. Il formato e la qualità delle immagini deve essere adeguata alla pubblicazione web.

La precedenza verrà riservata ai soci di LAGO APS e ad artisti che operano nell’ambito dell’orchidologia e della botanica.

La valutazione ed accettazione della collaborazione sarà a decisione inappellabile del Consiglio Direttivo di LAGO APS.

La collaborazione sarà a scopo gratuito senza alcun interesse economico per entrambe le parti.

La collaborazione non ha scadenza. Resta facoltà dell’artista o di LAGO APS recedere in qualsiasi momento, senza necessità di giustificazione, con la rimozione delle immagini e dei testi pubblicati.

I diritti sulle immagini restano di proprietà esclusiva dell’artista che le ha fornite e che resta titolare di tutti i diritti ed è personalmente

responsabile delle immagini e delle opere in esse raffigurate. L’artista cede gratuitamente i diritti d’uso illimitato delle

immagini a LAGO APS che le può pubblicare solo sul proprio sito web, senza alcun fine di lucro, con l’unico onere di citare l’autore. In nessun caso LAGO APS, senza previo accordo con l’artista, potrà cedere a terzi ad alcun titolo le immagini presentate.

L’artista è responsabile del materiale da lui presentato e si impegna ad escludere ogni responsabilità di LAGO APS nei confronti di terzi.

LAGO APS si riserva di non pubblicare le immagini non conformi alle regole comunemente riconosciute in materia di pubblica moralità, etica e decenza. Non saranno perciò ammesse, tra le altre, le immagini ritenute offensive, improprie e lesive dei diritti umani o sociali.

Do you want to give visibility to the works you create on the website of the LAGO APS association?

The LAGO APS association intends to collaborate with artists, even hobbyists, by sharing images of their works on the Association's website.

If you are a painter, a sculptor, a photographer, etc. and you share the aims of the Third Sector, you can publish some images of your works on the Association's website.

Such sharing may possibly be preparatory to future collaborations such as, for example, sharing physical spaces for exhibitions or other activities.

To apply to join, the artist can send the following materials to the email segreteria@lago-orchidee.it:

• brief personal curriculum and description of their activity;

• the images of some of their own works with the title and a possible brief description for each. Approximately 3 to 10 images. The images can have the artist's name superimposed;

• the request form below signed digitally or with an autograph signature accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document.

The images will be published only on the LAGO APS website, unless otherwise specifically agreed with the artist. The format and quality of the images must be suitable for web publication.

Precedence will be given to members of LAGO APS and to artists who work in the field of orchidology and botany.

The evaluation and acceptance of the collaboration will be the final decision of the LAGO APS Board of Directors.

The collaboration will be free of charge without any economic interest for either party.

The collaboration has no expiration date. The artist or LAGO APS reserves the right to withdraw at any time, without the need for justification, by removing the published images and texts.

The rights to the images remain the exclusive property of the artist who provided them and who remains the owner of all rights and is personally

responsible for the images and the works depicted in them. The artist freely grants the rights of unlimited use of the

images to LAGO APS, which can publish them only on its website, without any profit-making purpose, with the sole obligation of citing the author. In no case will LAGO APS, without prior agreement with the artist, be able to transfer the images presented to third parties for any reason.

The artist is responsible for the material presented by him and undertakes to exclude any liability of LAGO APS towards third parties.

LAGO APS reserves the right not to publish images that do not comply with the commonly recognized rules regarding public morality, ethics and decency. Therefore, among others, images deemed offensive, inappropriate or harmful to human or social rights will not be admitted.
